1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of AxionFit. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by them.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AxionFit for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Use automated tools to interact with the app
3. Not medical advice
AxionFit provides general form and technique feedback based on movement tracking. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physical therapy, or personal training advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury or medical condition. You use AxionFit and perform any exercise at your own risk.
4. Your workout data
You retain ownership of your workout history, form scores, and any data generated through your use of the app. This data is stored on your device and, where you enable it, your personal iCloud or Apple Health account.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, and features are owned by AxionFit and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the app.
6. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not store your payment information. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
AxionFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, or that form scoring and rep counting will be accurate in every condition or environment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxionFit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including injury arising from exercise performed while using the app.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
